Help on Distributed Access

Our technical priority for the moment is building a distributed content management system that is accessible to offline, highly mobile contributors in Mongolia. As we work out security and anti-spam measures, not all public editing features of the MoinMoin software will necessarily be available.

If you are reading this on the Internet (rather than interacting with a program installed on your own computer), you are likely using a version of the system designed for xmlrpc access, which is possibly closed to direct editing or account creation.

To comment directly on anything in this system, or otherwise contribute in any way, you will normally need to have a user account that has been added manually to the members' access control list. This process is currently by invitation only, but may become more open as the system develops.

For non-members, we currently offer the possibility of submitting comments or questions by email. These comments or selections from them may be posted publicly at the discretion of the site administrator. Please contact EricThrift or ХангайсайханыНарангарав.
