Xoormog

This fermented dairy beverage is produced by placing yoghurt (TARAG) in a wooden pail and diluting it with MILK. In some areas the milk of cows, camels, sheep or goats is also fermented directly to produce AIRAG, which is also known as XOORMOG in some places.
